As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Actuarial Services practice, you will support and lead actuarial consulting engagements for insurers, reinsurers, banks and regulators, with a strong focus on IFRS 17 implementation and broader financial reporting requirements. You will be expected to analyze and manage financial risk through actuarial modelling and data analysis, provide technical guidance on complex client issues, and deliver valuable insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making. The role also requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, coach others, and build trusted client relationships. We are looking for a candidate with strong actuarial and technical expertise, including experience on IFRS 17 implementation projects and familiarity with matters such as risk adjustments, confidence levels and level of aggregation for life insurance products. Preference will be given to candidates with Canadian actuarial modelling experience and the ability to present on IFRS 17 concepts while contributing to consulting projects. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to resolve issues affecting team performance, and a commitment to professional development and high-quality client service. Salary: CI$114,843 – $202,144 per annum, with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week.
