Music Director / Youth Worker

The post holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of a Music Ministry and assisting in the Youth Programs that is consistent with the church’s ministry and mission. General Duties and responsiblities are: ❖ Articulate, communicate, and develop approaches of worship and expand the music ministry in accordance with the congregation’s needs of worship. ❖ Work closely with the Worship leader and Minister to develop, plan and produce programs for Sunday services including music and special musical presentations. ❖ Plan, organize and coordinate Choir events including regular practices for church services of all types. ❖ Encourage, minister and support to choir members, and all persons who serve the worship and music ministry of the church. ❖ Encourage and support all who offer themselves in the various areas of the church’s music ministry ❖ Plan, organize and coordinate a youth program for but not limited to Webster Memorial Church ❖ The Youth program must be consistent and inline with the Church’s mission.
