Both positions are mobile and require travel to private residences, hotels, resorts, event venues, and other locations throughout Grand Cayman. Job Description The Event Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing children's character appearances, birthday parties, special events and other entertainment experiences offered by Cinderella's Enchanted Parties. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, performers, vendors and management to ensure that events are professionally organized, safe, engaging and delivered to company standards. Responsibilities
Team members may be responsible for
Coordinating and supporting children’s birthday parties, character appearances, and special events.
Communicating professionally with clients regarding event details, schedules, and special requests.
Coordinating with performers, vendors, and other event personnel.
Preparing and following event timelines and logistical plans.
Assisting with event styling, decorations, children’s activities, storytelling, and entertainment.
Performing as princesses, superheroes, and other themed characters.
Leading interactive storytelling, games, activities, meet-and-greets, and themed experiences.
Singing and dancing as required for assigned characters and events.
Participating in birthday celebrations, coronations, and other themed ceremonies.
Maintaining assigned character mannerisms, voice, appearance, and presentation standards.
Posing for photographs and interacting warmly and professionally with children and families.
Preparing, caring for, and appropriately wearing company-issued costumes and accessories.
Ensuring performers, costumes, and event materials arrive on time and are properly prepared.
Responding professionally and efficiently to scheduling changes or event issues.
Supporting the safety and appropriate supervision of children during company events.
Maintaining excellent standards of professionalism, organization, teamwork, and customer service.
Traveling to event locations throughout Grand Cayman.
Minimum Education
Master's Degree required for event coordinator.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education and relevant professional experience will be considered for performer role.
Required Experience
Must have professional event coordination, event planning or comparable experience.
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience working with children and/or in children's entertainment, childcare, education, recreation, youth programming or a comparable child-focused setting.
Experience in event planning or coordination is an asset for applicants interested in coordination responsibilities.
Previous acting, theatre, character performance, singing, dancing, or live entertainment experience is considered an asset.
Required Training and Qualifications
Completion of Darkness to Light child safeguarding/child sexual abuse prevention training as required by the company.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
Police clearance/background screening required.
Valid Cayman Islands driver's license.
Own reliable transportation.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required due to the nature of the children’s entertainment industry.
Language Requirements Fluent spoken and written English is required due to direct communication with children, parents, clients, vendors and team members and the need to communicate instructions and safety information clearly. Working Conditions This is a mobile and event-based role. The employee must be available to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on bookings. Events may take place indoors or outdoors throughout Grand Cayman. The role may require extended periods of standing and walking, assisting with event setup and breakdown, carrying event supplies, working in outdoor Cayman weather conditions, and travelling between event locations.
