Manage fitting rooms, process transactions, and maintain overall store presentation. Key Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service & Styling: Welcome customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert styling, fit, and trend advice. Sales & Upselling: Drive sales by suggesting complementary items (e.g., matching accessories or shoes) and informing shoppers of current promotions. Store Operations & Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor, displays, and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and restocked. Transactions: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges via the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments. Inventory: Receive stock deliveries, tag merchandise, and assist with periodic inventory counts. Verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual as a plus English/Spanish. Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with fashion trends, fabric care, and brand lines. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift merchandise (typically up to 50 lbs).
