You oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialized knowledge, driving excellence in team deliverables, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders including advisors, lenders, investors and courts.

You can expect to

  • Manage a complex portfolio of clients, lead engagement teams, provide expert advice on key technical areas such as corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy and operational turnaround plans.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the adoption of and training on new technologies, and on regulatory and industry standards.
  • Develop skills, adaptability, and resilience within your team, effectively resource engagements, and work with the broader Deloitte network and external stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, lead business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.

You are someone with

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
  • Qualified with an internationally recognized relevant professional designation, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, JIEB, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM, or LLB and post-graduate qualification in law.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in turnaround & restructuring, or a combination of audit or related consulting services, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in turnaround & restructuring, including experience with insolvency services, voluntary liquidation, asset recovery, and restructuring support services for complex and multi-jurisdictional cases, preferably within a professional services firm or large-scale organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including, coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members.
  • Experience directly supporting business growth, managing large-scale client engagements, and with practice management.
  • Experience working on large scale projects utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other targeted sectors.

The incumbent will perform the essential functions of this full-time role under normal working conditions, which include a professional office environment at the Deloitte office in Camana Bay. This entails working during standard business hours (minimum 37.5 hours per week) with access to all necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Flexibility is required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines, address urgent matters, and coordinate with colleagues in different time zones. A comprehensive remuneration package is being offered with excellent benefits, , including health insurance, group life and disability insurance, well-being subsidy, professional development allowance, and access to Employee Assistance Programs (“EAP”), and a salary in the range of US$115,000 to US$150,000 depending on experience and ability.
