Sign Maker

Perform all aspects of sign making - vinyl cutting/weeding, banner and other large format print production and finishing, laminating, mounting, trimming, grommeting, etc.

• Perform field installation of various indoor and outdoor signs such vinyl, One-way vision, 3D lettering, post & panel signs etc.
• Process Customer Print Orders
• Review artwork and create/modify incoming design files to create layouts and proofs as needed. AdobeCS Knowledge
• Operate Digital Printing Equipment including Printers, Vinyl plotter, laminator
• Managing Inventory
• Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship.
• Visit customers on-site for consulting & installation as needed.
• Handle and work with Heavy Equipment
• Installation at Heights under the Sun
• Flexibility in schedule and Work Extra Hours
• Answer incoming phone calls from clients and prospects.
• Help walk-in customers with their questions and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.
• Driving Cars and Mini Vans whenever required
• Move heavy ladders, materials, tools etc. as and when required

Requirements

At least two years' experience as a designer, sign installer or similar. Valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record. Good knowledge of various types of signs including vinyl, channel letters, electrical signs, and road signs. A sound understanding of the applicable installation methods, materials, and safety measures. The ability to operate hand and power tools. Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
