Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks on apartment rental properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, and flooring.
• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Install fixtures, shelves, and equipment.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license (if required).
