The Bartender will be responsible for operating the bar while maintaining established service and quality standards. Duties include taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing cash and credit card transactions, and accurately entering orders into the POS system. The role also involves setting up and restocking the bar, monitoring supplies, maintaining clean and organized bar and service areas, and providing efficient service in a high-volume indoor and outdoor environment. Applicants must have at least three years of bartending experience in a high-volume outdoor, beach or poolside venue. Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits and wine, proficiency in cash and credit card transactions, and familiarity with various POS systems are required. Applicants must be motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.
