Island AC is seeking an experienced Duct Fabricator & Installer to join our team in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and installing HVAC ductwork systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring proper installation, efficiency, performance, and service ability. Duties include: installation of various HVAC ductwork systems including central ducted, ductless, chilled water, water-cooled, fiberglass and foam ducting; performing duct sizing and placement calculations; assisting with HVAC installation, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting; testing system performance including airflow, air balancing, refrigerant charge, and electrical readings; and ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Requirements: Minimum five (5) years’ experience in duct fabrication and installation; experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems; fluency in English; ability to perform physical labour in various conditions; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; valid driver’s licence ; HVAC certification is an asset. Compensation: CI$12.00–CI$18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Pension and health benefits provided in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labour Act.
