T/A Lobster Pot Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join its culinary team in George Town, Grand Cayman. The successful candidate will prepare and cook meals according to recipes and presentation standards, manage cold food production, ensure food quality and accuracy, and maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Responsibilities include food storage, labeling and rotation, receiving deliveries, kitchen cleaning, and assisting the Head Chef with daily, holiday, and themed menus. Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant, hospital, or institutional kitchen, a valid Food and Health Safety Certification, and strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
