At least 2 years experience in the Cayman Islands in a high paced restaurant/food service environment
Needs to be highly organized, work split shifts, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
proven ability for attention to details, inventory control, ordering and receiving goods
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared for all aspects of culinary business – including preparing and creating recipes to chef standards, portion control, procurement of goods and inventory control, food costing
Must be able to use Microsoft word proficiently
Certificate and/or diploma in culinary education preferred
Must have clear drivers record and license and have reliable transport
