Full time Early Childhood Practitioner required for a busy play based preschool in Grand Cayman. The role requires previous classroom experience and a relevant early childhood or education qualification. An ability to communicate effectively, have a high standard of written English, to be able to implement developmentally appropriate opportunities using CIEYCF and EYSF, to have a strong work ethic and to follow our safeguarding protocols are all imperative. Applicant must be able to plan and execute effective lesson planning following the developmental needs of the children and the curriculum within the school. Hours - 40 hours per week Benefits - Health and Pension Holidays - to be taken during times of school closure.
