Position Summary The Warranty & Insurance Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing warranty claim submissions to manufacturers and tracking insurance claims submitted by the body shop team. This role ensures claims are properly documented, submitted accurately, followed up on, and monitored through completion. The position works closely with manufacturers, insurance companies, body shop personnel, and internal teams to ensure approvals are received and payments are collected in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple claims while maintaining accurate records and communication throughout the claim process. Salary Range KYD $38,000 - $40,000 per annum Benefits in accordance with CI Labour Act. This is a full-time position with a working week of 45 hours.
