Applications are invited for the above position from persons of Caymanian Status or holders of a Right to Work Certificate. Applicants should have between 5 -10 experience in this specialist field, have an appropriate qualification and should be able to handle the administration of a busy caseload with limited attorney supervision. Duties include drafting affidavits, pleadings and letters, researching case law and regulations and assisting with trial preparation.
