As a Director and leader of the Deal Advisory practice, the individual will be responsible for originating, leading and delivering complex advisory engagements. The Director will work closely with Partners to shape strategy, drive growth across the service line and act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders. The role carries responsibility for quality, risk management, people development and the commercial success of engagements. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree from a recognized university and an Accounting or Valuation/Corporate Finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CAIA, MBA with 8-12 years’ professional experience in a multi-jurisdictional accounting and advisory firm. Demonstrated experience leading the following areas of engagements is essential:
You will have the ability to lead a team of experienced professionals (including professionals in other jurisdictions) and have superior interpersonal and communication skills. You will have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a demonstrated ability to excel in business development and winning work.
