PILATES INSTRUCTOR

The Well is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to lead mat and reformer Pilates classes in an integrated wellness environment connected to a functional medicine clinic.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Current Mat and Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized provider (BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of Pilates teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification and experience teaching Yoga and/or Barre classes is an asset but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead safe and effective mat and reformer Pilates classes
• Provide appropriate exercise modifications and progressions
• Support clients in achieving strength, mobility, flexibility, and wellness goals
• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Salary: Compensation is based on classes and private sessions taught with a potential earning of approx. CI$2,000 to CI$3,500 per month. Work Hours: 30 to 80 hours per month.
