We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fitness Coach to provide personalized training programs, group fitness sessions, and expert guidance to our members. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and motivation techniques to help clients reach their full potential.
Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and needs. Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure continuous improvement. Lead engaging group fitness classes and personal training sessions. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition. Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all members. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. Maintain gym equipment and ensure a safe workout environment.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.). Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and age groups. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
