CPO CERTIFIED POOL MAINTENANCE PERSON WITH SIGNING BONUS

FULL-TIME

KYD $100 PER DAY DURING PROBATIONARY PERIOD • KYD $13.50 PER POOL THEREAFTER

Are you passionate about pools and ready to make a splash in your career? Oasis is hiring a CPO Certified Pool Maintenance Person to provide top-quality service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain pools and spas to the highest standards.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• CPO Certification required.
• Current valid CPO Certificate and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience required to qualify for signing bonus.
• Must be available to commence employment within two (2) weeks.
• Must be able to drive standard transmission vehicles to various job sites.
• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid International or Cayman Islands driver's licence (preferably held for at least 2 years). Applicants holding an International Driver's Licence will be required to obtain a Cayman Islands Driver's Licence within the first 30 days of employment. Age requirement due to company vehicle insurance policy.
• Must be physically fit to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Must be fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).
• Clean police record.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive Pay Per Pool Service Structure
• Opportunities to increase earnings with larger routes, pools, spas, and additional services
• Average earnings CI$700–$850 per week depending on route size and productivity
• Signing Bonus: CI$2,500, subject to terms and conditions, including:
• Current valid CPO Certification
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience
• Successful completion of the six (6) month probationary period
• Performance Bonus Opportunity: High-performing team members may be considered for discretionary performance bonuses awarded at the company’s discretion based on productivity, service quality, and route efficiency.
