Gardener

We’re looking for a hands-on Gardener to maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas. You’ll work independently and as part of a small team, taking pride in creating spaces people enjoy. Key Responsibilities Lawn & Plant Care: Mow, edge, water, fertilize, weed, and prune lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds Landscaping: Plant seasonal flowers, lay mulch, and install basic hardscaping features Maintenance: Operate and maintain tools and equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems Clean-up: Clear debris, leaves, and litter from walkways, parking areas, and garden spaces Seasonal Work: Remove snow/ice in winter, prepare gardens for spring, and manage irrigation startup/shutdown Safety & Reporting: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and note plant health issues to the supervisor What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance preferred Knowledge of plants, soil care, and basic landscaping techniques Comfortable using and maintaining hand tools and power equipment Physically fit: able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and work outdoors in all-weather Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license is a plus Send your resume and a short note about your experience with the subject line “Gardener Application”.
