We are looking for a proven Sales Representative with a track record of consistent results.
Manage incoming and outbound sales opportunities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Close sales and follow up to maintain relationships Keep accurate records of leads, activity, and results
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (retail, B2C, or B2B) Verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding targets (e.g., monthly quotas, revenue goals, or conversion rates) Comfortable handling objections and closing sales without supervision Strong communication skills in person, phone, and messaging Ability to work independently and stay organized
Base pay + commission on every sale Clear expectations and achievable targets Stable role with an established business Support from management when needed This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who can step in and produce results quickly.
