Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Gardener with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in landscaping and garden maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for horticulture, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine gardening tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Maintain, fertilize, and water plants and lawns.
• Design, install, and maintain garden beds, patios, and paths.
• Assist with landscape design and implementation.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
• Work closely with clients to meet their gardening needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of gardening or landscaping experience.
• Knowledge of plant species, pest management, and sustainable practices.
• Valid driver's license (Cayman Islands) and reliable transportation.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
