Job Description

  • Follow receipts to prepare smoothies, juices, and other beverages.
  • Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients for consistency.
  • Customize drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Stock and replenish ingredients to maintain freshness.
  • Monitor inventory and inform the manager of low stock levels.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation.
  • Check the quality and expiration dates of ingredients.
  • Ensure all smoothies and beverages meet the store's quality standards.
  • Greet customers and take orders with friendly demeanor.
  • Provide menu recommendations and assist with questions about ingredients.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments in cash, cards, or other accepted methods.
  • Issue receipts and manage change efficiently.
  • Upsell add-ons such as protein powders, health supplements, or snacks.
  • Display promotional items or discounts effectively to encourage purchases.
  • Wipe and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean blenders, juicers, and other equipment after use
  • Dispose of trash and compose waste as per store protocols.
  • Monitor an empty bin regularly to prevent overflow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop
