Appleby (Cayman) Ltd. are seeking to hire an experienced senior lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution Practice Group, to work on its high-profile portfolio of complex commercial, financial services and insolvency litigation. Applicants must have in excess of 6 years' post qualified experience along with strong academics and proven experience and must be able to assume responsibility for the conduct of litigation (including advocacy) in one or more of the following areas: cross-border issues, insolvency, asset tracing, and complex financial disputes. Applicants for this role must demonstrate the ability to maintain existing client relationships and continue to build on current relationships that attract future work and client referral. Applicants should also be able to handle a large caseload with minimal supervision and will also be responsible for managing other persons working with them on their files, which will include the mentoring and training of junior associates and articled clerks.
