BOAT DECK HAND

We are seeking an experienced Caymanian Boat Deck Hand to join our team, operating private charters aboard a 27ft vessel departing from the Cayman Islands Yacht Club, West Bay.

Duties include

• Safe operation and navigation of the vessel on private charters of up to 10 guests
• Planning and adjusting itineraries based on guest preferences, weather, and sea conditions
• Supervising swim and snorkel stops and ensuring guest safety at all times
• Pre- and post-trip vessel checks, fueling, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Maintaining trip logs and complying with all applicable maritime safety regulations
• Providing courteous and professional service to guests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a captain in the tourism/charter industry
• Strong knowledge of Grand Cayman waters and charter destinations
• Clean police record
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
