Full time Assistant Early Childhood Practitioner required for a busy play based preschool in Grand Cayman. The role requires previous experience in Early Childhood and willingness to complete an early childhood or education qualification. An ability to communicate effectively, have a high standard of written English, to be able to implement developmentally appropriate opportunities using CIEYCF and EYSF, to have a strong work ethic and to follow our safeguarding protocols are all imperative. Applicant must be able to follow lesson planning created by the class practitioners and to adapt to meet the developmental needs of the children and the curriculum within the school. Hours - 40 hours per week Benefits - Health and Pension Holidays - to be taken during times of school closure. Starting salary between $1800 and $2000 per month dependent on qualifications and experience.
