Treasury Analyst

Description

• Review expense allocations, manage payment processes
• Review key financial information of Brazilian and Offshore Funds
• Review and support monthly/quarterly close of Offshore Funds, release quarterly Financial Statements and Investor Capital Account Statements
• Review cash flow projections and cash management, including LP capital activity (i.e. capital calls and distributions / waterfall calculations)
• Prepare dashboards, provide analysis and monitor funds’ activity
• Oversee Fund’s external service providers (including, but not limited to auditors, administrator, accounting and tax groups)
• Oversee and assist preparing tax reporting to the LPs and for the Funds
• Work closely with Investment Product teams and GP Accounting team on all Fund related operational functions and provide insights
• Ensure and improve Fund's relationship and reporting with clients and internal areas, including the Brazilian Funds team
• Constantly monitor and review overall funds processes, deliverables and systems aiming at effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy

Requirements Years of Experience 5-6 years Required Education Bachelor´s Degree
