Perform routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep at residential and commercial client sites. Complete minor carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing and basic electrical work within the limits of training and legal authorization. Diagnose maintenance issues, identify practical solutions and communicate required materials or specialist support. Install, assemble, adjust and repair fixtures, fittings, doors, locks, shelving and similar items. Use hand and power tools safely, maintain a clean work area and follow client-site safety requirements
