Server / Bartender

DESCRIPTION

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages, prepare cocktails and drinks
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Tend a bar and prepare cocktails and other beverages
• Assist fellow servers as situations arise
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years work experience in food & beverage, table service, mixing cocktails in a fast-paced restaurant
• Experience and have a working knowledge of a wide variety of cocktails, knowledge of range of drinks available and understand their pricing.
• Must have previous POS experience
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills, enjoy working with people
• Proven knowledge and experience in tending a busy Bar
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts

Salary: CI$6.56 - $10.00 per hour + gratuities, plus statutory benefits Work Hours: 180-220 hours per month
