Line Cook

SeaRock Bar & Restaurant is a local restaurant specializing in Sri Lankan, Indian, and Asian Cuisine Location: George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Salary: CI$9.00 – CI$15.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) A newly established local restaurant is seeking a Line Cook with demonstrated experience in preparing Sri Lankan, Indian, and Asian cuisine. The successful candidate will be a team player, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Monitor food preparation and portion sizes
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a line cook in a similar setting
• Proven knowledge of Sri Lankan, Indian, and broader Asian culinary traditions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
