The successful candidate will advise and consult SEC registered clients on all aspects of their middle and back offices, including investor relations, fund operations, tax, human resources, accounting, legal, and technology. As underlying clients invest in both global equity and credit markets, the candidate will be expected to provide operational, regulatory, and tax support for a wide array of countries (United States, Canada, Brazil, China, India, and countries within the European Union) and investment products (equities, bank debt, CDS, private investments). Additionally, the candidate will assist clients with the oversight and execution of their compliance programs.
