Front Desk Supervisor – Thompson Resorts t/a The Reef Beach Resort The Front Desk Supervisor leads our Front Office team and ensures exceptional guest service. Candidates must have 3–5 years of hotel/resort supervisory experience and strong proficiency with Cloudbeds or similar reservation systems.
Oversee daily Front Desk operations and guest experience Support check‑in/check‑out, VIP services, and service recovery Train, mentor, and supervise Front Desk staff Serve as Duty Manager as required Manage reports, reservations, cash handling, and key control Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service
Strong communication and leadership skills Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office; Cloudbeds) Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime Clean driver’s license; hospitality education preferred Applicants will be required to work weekends, evenings, holidays due to business demands. Applicants will complete application and internal testing during interview process. Shift work is necessary. Must be able to travel to East End.
