Kitchen & Bath Sales and Design Associate

Key responsibilities

• Design millwork products for Kitchens, Baths and other interior spaces
• Managing the full cycle process: sales/design/install
• Prospecting and engaging potential customers and establishing a clientele base
• Networking with trade professionals and their clients to sell, design and close jobs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Kitchen & Bath sales and design
• Proficiency in 20/20 design software or similar
• A solid understanding of the Kitchen & Bath industry
• Ability to meet sales and design targets
• Design certificate or equivalent

Personal qualities

• Well organized and able to perform without supervision
• Professional, efficient, and mature persona
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Compensation Package

• Base plus commission: CI$36,000 – 60,000 per annum
