Barista / Kitchen & Event Assistant Location: George Town, Grand Cayman Job Type: Full-Time Graze Girl is seeking an experienced and reliable Barista / Kitchen & Event Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in café service, food preparation, catering support, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and beverages
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen support
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and café areas
• Support catering events, private functions, and offsite pop-ups
• Assist with event setup, service, breakdown, and display organization
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Restock supplies and support opening and closing duties
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional presentation

This person must have creative flair to plate dishes when necessary and also be able to follow exact instructions to plate specified dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. The individual must have knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergies to cater to niche clientele including but not limited to:

• Vegan
• Vegetarian
• Nut-Free
• Gluten-Free
• Pescetarian

The candidate must also be familiar with

• Macro measuring and portioning
• Reading and executing recipes accurately
• Using kitchen scales and maintaining consistency in preparation
