Maintenance Handyman – Skills & Requirements

• Must have proven experience in minor repairs, general maintenance, and property upkeep
• Ability to carry out routine and preventive maintenance on residential and/or commercial buildings
• Skilled in performing basic carpentry, plumbing, and masonry repairs
• Capable of repairing doors, windows, locks, and identifying damage or maintenance issues
• Responsible for clean-up and proper disposal of debris from residential properties and construction sites and commercial offices / business
• Possess knowledge of basic construction practices and home repair trades
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour and lifting tasks
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record
