The Food and Beverage Server will need previous experience working in a bar/restaurant establishment and the use of a PoS system. Responsible for opening and closing of the bar as scheduled. Serving patrons food and drinks daily, placing orders/recording to the system, handling cash and credit card payments. Maintain the cleanliness of bar area - sweeping, mopping, removing rubbish, clean down tables and and keep a tidy bar. Attend to all customer needs, with the experience and ability to mix drinks, have a great customer service and communication skill set, with a positive can do attitude to work in a fun beach bar environment and to keep our customers happy and wanting to return. Additional adhoc tasks from Management as required. Inventory/stocking as required. This position requires working days, evenings and weekends to meet customer demand on an allocated shift basis. Tips included. This position is at Kingston Bight Beach Bar based on Little Cayman, applicants must be willing to reside on the island.
