Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing accurate product information and recommendations. Process sales, returns, and customer payments using the POS system. Promote products, cross-sell items, and inform customers of discounts and special offers. Receive, organize, and restock inventory, ensuring shelves and displays are well maintained. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Perform price checks, report customer feedback, and assist with general store operations. Qualifications 6 years of experience ; Previous sales or retail experience preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must provide a clean Police Record.
