We are seeking an experienced Dive Instructor/Captain to teach and guide divers of all ages and abilities while safely operating our dive boats. Duties include conducting guided dives and delivering resort, full certification and specialty dive courses. The role may also include crewing snorkel boats, organizing activities, guiding Jet Ski snorkel tours, and renting Jet Skis, sailboats, kayaks and paddleboats to guests. Applicants must hold a current Scuba Diving Instructor certification and have relevant diving experience. Commercial or instructional sailboat experience, or equivalent demonstrated competency, is required, along with an IYT Powerboat and RIB Master qualification or equivalent. Applicants must also have sound knowledge of sailboat rigging, marine hardware and basic marine maintenance. The successful applicant should be energetic, professional in appearance and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
