Server Assistant

Server Assistant will support Food and Beverage Servers with the efficient delivery of food and beverage orders while helping to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Duties include delivering orders accurately and promptly, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas, replenishing service supplies, assisting servers during busy periods, and responding to reasonable guest requests. The role may also involve processing cash and credit card transactions. Applicants must be motivated, energetic and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions and at least one year of experience in a high-volume outdoor, poolside or beach-bar environment are required. Some knowledge of cocktails and wine would be advantageous. Applicants must be available to work day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
