We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a relaxing and exceptional experience for every client.
Deliver a wide range of spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services, in a safe and comfortable manner Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products, supplies, and samples Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products Acknowledge, respond to, and exceed customer expectations through excellent service Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for clients
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude
