Average Earnings: CI$700–$850 per week depending on route size Are you passionate about pools and ready to make a splash in your career? Oasis is hiring a CPO Certified Pool Maintenance Person to provide top-quality service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain pools and spas to the highest standards.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• CPO Certification required.
• Current valid CPO Certificate and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience required to qualify for signing bonus.
• Must be available to commence employment within two (2) weeks.
• Must be able to drive standard transmission vehicles to various job sites.
• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid International or Cayman Islands driver’s licence (preferably held for at least 2 years). Age requirement due to company vehicle insurance policy.
• Must be physically fit to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Must be fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).

• Signing Bonus: CI$2,500, subject to terms and conditions, including:
• Current valid CPO Certification

• Successful completion of the six (6) month probationary period
• Performance Bonus Opportunity: High-performing team members may be considered for discretionary performance bonuses awarded at the company’s discretion based on productivity, service quality, and route efficiency.

This position is open to Caymanians, Permanent Residents, and persons with the right to work. Non-Caymanians may apply and will be considered where no suitable Caymanian candidate is available.
