Senior Manager, Finance

The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for leading Quallent’s accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information to support business decisions. Reporting to the CFO, this role partners with senior leadership to drive financial performance, oversee financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and strengthen internal controls across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting
• Oversee general ledger, consolidations, and financial statements accuracy
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and policies
• Support audits and act as key liaison with external auditors
• Provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop Accounting and FP&A teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 8–10 years’ experience in finance/accounting roles
• Strong GAAP, reporting, and consolidation experience
• Experience in multi-entity environments and audits
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Strong Excel and ERP systems experience (Oracle required; SAP advantageous)
