Line Cook

Job Summary We are looking for motivated Line Cooks to assist in preparing high quality meals while ensuring efficient kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily service. Cook menu items following recipes and specifications. Operate grills, fryers, woks, and other kitchen equipment safely. Maintain food quality and presentation standards. Keep cooking stations clean and fully stocked. Assist senior cooks during busy service periods. Monitor food temperatures and storage requirements. Practice proper food handling and sanitation. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Previous kitchen experience preferred. Experience in Asian cuisine is an advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Reliable and willing to work flexible hours.
