Carpenter

The successful applicant will be required to perform a variety of carpentry duties in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures. Duties will include, but are not limited to, measuring, marking, shaping, and cutting wood and other construction materials to specified dimensions using hand and power tools. The successful applicant will also assemble, fit, and fasten materials to construct frameworks, formwork, and other structural components in accordance with project specifications. In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for building, installing, maintaining, and repairing cabinets, doors, windows, floors, partitions, and other wooden fixtures. The role includes erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures to facilitate work at elevated heights, as well as installing frames, flooring, trim, molding, hardware, and other structural and finishing components. The successful applicant will also perform such other duties as may be deemed necessary in the capacity of Carpenter to support the efficient operation of the business. All work must be carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable building codes, workplace safety regulations, and established quality standards.
