Job Vacancy: Cabinet Helper Company: FIRM BUILT CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE Location: Grand Cayman Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: CI $11 per Hour Job Details FIRM BUILT CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE is currently looking to fill the position of Cabinet Helper. The successful candidate will be based in Grand Cayman and will be required to work 40 hours per week. Core ResponsibilitiesMaterial Preparation: Cutting wood, laminates, and other materials to specified dimensions using hand and power tools, often following detailed instructions and drawings.Assembly: Assisting in the assembly of cabinet components, using joinery techniques and fasteners.Workshop Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tools, organizing materials, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the shop.Equipment Operation: Learning to operate machinery like saws, routers, and sanders under the guidance of experienced cabinet makers.Job Site Assistance: Helping with the installation of finished cabinets on-site, which may include tasks like carrying materials, using power tools, and ensuring a smooth installation process.Experience & Qualifications Required Experience: Applicants must possess 3 years of experience in this field and the related industry.
