The Ice Cream Maker/Pastry Chef Assistant is responsible for creating high-quality ice cream, sorbets, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. This role requires extensive experience in kitchen operations, pastry making, and ice cream production. This person will oversee customer orders, manage supplies, and ensure all food handling and sanitation practices are followed in a busy kitchen environment.
Education: High School Salary range will be CI$8.75 to CI$9 per hour, working 45 hours per week depending on qualifications, knowledge and experience. Benefits as deemed by law. Preference will be given to Caymanians.
