The Business Development/Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for both Saxon and Indigo. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, and attending industry events. Develop CRM pipeline to drive growth on various lines of business. Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial clients including setting up affinity schemes. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, offering tailored solutions, and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our insurance products and services. Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients, explaining the benefits and value of our offerings. Lead negotiations and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms. Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Work closely with the marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject e.g. Sales and Marketing, Business Development etc. Proven track record of business development. Experience negotiating and managing affinity schemes. Experience managing a sales team. Insurance experience would be an added benefit.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
USD $80,000- 100,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus opportunity to earn up to a 50% bonus by hitting targets. Willingness to travel as required
