Senior Associate- Valuation & Deal Advisory

Job Description: Interpath is an international and fast-growing corporate finance advisory business with deep expertise in a broad range of specialisms spanning deals, advisory and restructuring capabilities. Interpath Caribbean is seeking a driven and analytical Senior Associate. In this role, you'll engage with a variety of clients in delivering valuation analyses for litigation and restructuring purposes, commercial valuations for deal advisory mandates and transaction support, and assisting with complex cross border restructuring and insolvency mandates.

Required Skills and Experience

• Candidates with experience in business valuation, restructuring and insolvency are strongly preferred.
• Candidates with at least two to three years of experience are strongly preferred.
• Candidates currently holding, or pursuing, a chartered accountancy (CPA, ACA/ACCA) designation and/or chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation are strongly preferred.

Salary Range from USD $70k to USD $85K based on level of experience. Standard work hours per month are 160 hrs (40 hrs per week). Work hours may extend beyond regular business times to meet client needs, transaction timelines, and project deliverables as required on a case by case basis.
