We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Tour Guide to lead guided excursions for cruise ship passengers visiting the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will ensure tours are safe, on time, engaging, and memorable for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival at the Port.
• Escort groups to the boat or bus and provide clear information about the tour schedule and duration.
• Lead tours while ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed.
• Deliver engaging, educational, and entertaining commentary about the Cayman Islands.
• Take photos of guests during the excursion and assist with photo sales.
• Monitor group enjoyment, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Adhere to designated time limits at each stop and maintain tour schedule.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding tour progress and any incidents.
• Safely return all guests to the Port at the end of the tour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Energetic, personable, and comfortable speaking to groups.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic situations.
• Prior tour guiding or hospitality experience is a plus.
