The assistant technical director will assist the technical director with the planning, oversight and execution of football operations. The assistant technical director will coach youth football teams as well as assist in coaching senior football teams. They will assist with academy football operations and administration. They will also carry out player recruitment and any other reasonable task in relation to football operations asked by the employer.
