Compliance Officer

The Captain's Bakery (Cayman) Ltd., an AI-forward and leading establishment, is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee day-to-day compliance operations. Applicants must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a commercial food establishment and in overseeing compliance operations, including food-safety standards, HACCP-based practices, record-keeping, and support for regulatory inspections. Demonstrated AI fluency, including the use of AI-assisted compliance or food-safety management tools, is required. Applicants must be honest, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Standard shifts apply. Salary is C.I. $9.00 per hour, plus health and pension benefits.
